The TAC makes technical recommendations to ICTC regarding regional issues including transportation, solid waste, development, and regional funding apportionments. The Committee is made up of Public Works and Planning Directors from each of the seven cities and County, and a representative from the Imperial Irrigation District.

The ICTC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) regularly meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 10:00 a.m. at the ICTC Offices at 1503 N Imperial Ave, Ste 104, El Centro, CA 92243 and currently via Zoom Meeting.
