These technologies are essential for meeting accessibility standards.

Assessment Approach

Accessibility for this website was assessed through self-evaluation using automated tools and manual review.

  • Design Practices: We follow best practices to support accessibility throughout the site.

  • Automated Checks: We use automated testing tools to review all public pages for common accessibility issues.

  • Manual Checks: We supplement automated testing with manual reviews, including keyboard-only navigation and basic screen-reader testing.

Known Limitations and Planned Improvements

While we strive to make the site accessible, some issues may still exist. Below are known limitations and the steps we are taking to address them. If you find an issue not listed here, please let us know.

List Formatting

Description: Some lists on the meeting's agenda and minutes pages may not be structured with proper semantic HTML list elements (<ul>, <ol>, <li>), making them inaccessible to screen reader users.

Planned Action: Update list formatting when pages are revised or accessibility issues are reported.

PDF Accessibility

Description: PDF documents published prior to our accessibility initiative may not meet the current WCAG 2.2 guidelines, including improper structure, non-tagged content, unfillable forms, and missing alt text.

Planned Action: Review and remediate older PDFs to meet accessibility standards as needed.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience an accessibility barrier or have suggestions, please contact us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
