With ICTC Counsel’s direction, the Executive Director forwards this item to the Commission for review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.             Approve the resolution of the Imperial County Transportation Commission authorizing remote meetings in accordance with the provisions of the State Assembly Bill (AB) 361.

2.             Authorize the Chairperson to sign the resolution.

C.                  IMPERIAL VALLEY TRANSIT (IVT) – Fixed Route Transit Services Operating Agreement, Fiscal Year 2022-23 - Extension 1

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Authorize the Chairperson to sign extension #1 to the operating agreement with First Transit Inc. for the continued operation of Imperial Valley Transit, effective July 1, 2022:

a.                    IVT Fixed Route - For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $4,025,477.

b.                   IVT Blue and Green Lines - For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $646,136.

c.                    IVT Gold Line - For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $336,401.

D.                  IVT ACCESS – ADA Paratransit Service Operating Agreement Fiscal Year 2022-23 – Extension 1

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Authorize the Chairperson to sign extension #1 to the operating agreement with First Transit Inc. for the continued operation of IVT ACCESS, effective July 1, 2022:

a.                    For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $1,555,164.

E.                   IVT RIDE – Senior/Paratransit Dial-A-Ride Service Operating Agreement Fiscal Year 2022-23 – Extension 1

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Authorize the Chairperson to sign extension #1 to the operating agreement with First Transit Inc. for the continued operation of IVT RIDE, effective July 1, 2022:

a.                    For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $1,696,614.

F.                   IVT MEDTRANS – Non-emergency Transportation to Medical Facilities in San Diego Service Operating Agreement Fiscal Year 2022-23 – Extension 1

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Authorize the Chairperson to sign extension #1 to the operating agreement with First Transit Inc. for the continued operation of IVT METRANS, effective July 1, 2022:

a.                    For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the annual not to exceed subsidy is set at $550,076.

G.                  Application for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5311 Program Funds FY 2022 and FY 2023

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution authorizing the Interim Executive Director to sign the FTA 5311 FY 2021-22 and FY 2022-23 grant application with all supporting documentation.

2.                   Direct staff to submit the application to Caltrans.

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Approve the 2022 CMAQ Programming Project List for FFY 2022/2023 to FFY 2024/2025; and

2.                   Direct staff to program projects in the next available Federal Transportation Improvement Program Formal Amendment.

 B.                  2022 Surface Transportation Block Grant Programming Project List – FY 2022/2023 to FY 2024/2025

The Management Committee met on April 13, 2022, and forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.                   Approve the 2022 STBG Programming Project List for FFY 2022/2023 to FFY 2024/2025; and

2.                   Direct staff to program projects in the next available Federal Transportation Improvement Program Formal Amendment.

C.                  ICTC Letters of support for Imperial County Lithium Valley Economic Opportunity Investment Plan

                      ICTC Staff forwards this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

 1.                   Authorize the Chairperson to sign letters of support for the Imperial County Lithium Valley Economic Opportunity Investment Plan on behalf of ICTC
