The following action minutes are listed as they were acted upon by the Imperial County Transportation Commission and as listed on the agenda for the meeting held Wednesday, October 26, 2022, together with staff reports and related documents attached thereto and incorporated therein by reference.
I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Nava-Froelich called the Commission meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Roll call was taken, and a quorum was present.
II. ACTION CALENDAR
A. Adopted resolution authorizing remote teleconference meetings in accordance with Assembly Bill 361
1. Approved the resolution of the Imperial County Transportation Commission authorizing remote meetings in accordance with the provisions of the State Assembly Bill (AB) 361.
2. Authorized the Chairperson to sign the resolution.
B. Discussion/Action regarding continued future agendizing of AB 361 resolution
The Commission recommended to bring this item to the agenda for action every month until February 2023.

VI. REPORTS
A. ICTC Executive Director
⁻ Mr. Aguirre stated that ICTC will have several Free Fares campaigns in the month of November where riders will be able to ride for free. In recognition of Veterans Day, all active and retired Veterans will be able to ride for free. Additionally, riders will be able to ride free with a canned food item. All donations will be donated to the Imperial Valley Food Bank before Thanksgiving. Beginning in 2023 the Free Fares Program will return for all services until grant funding runs out.
⁻ Ms. Mendoza provided a list of outreach activities for the Long Range Transportation Program, where residents can provide their comments.
· Heber Fall Festival: Saturday, October 29, at 4 p.m. Tito Huerta Park, 1165 Palm Avenue, in Heber.
· Holtville Farmers Market & Street Fair: Saturday, November 5, at 11 a.m. following the annual Veterans Day Parade at Holt Park, 121 W. 5th St., in Holtville.
· Brawley Cattle Call Chili Cook-off: Saturday, November 5, at 5 p.m. on Main Street and Plaza Park, in Brawley.

B. Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG)
- All updates are on the SCAG report on page 23 of the agenda.
C. California Department of Transportation (Caltrans)- District 11
- Mr. Dallarda requested that we please assist Caltrans in filling out an External Partner Survey that will assist them in their Strategic Plan efforts. A link was provided in the zoom chat by Mr. Reyes and is listed here for the record. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CaltransEPS2022
- All other updates are on the Caltrans report on page 27 of the agenda.

VII. ACTION CALENDER
A. Calexico East Port of Entry Bridge Widening Project – Contract Change Order No. 2
1. Approved Change Order No. 2 to Hazard Construction Company for the Calexico East Port of Entry Bridge Widening Project in the amount of $136,890.00 modifying the total contract value to $20,141,890.00.
2. Authorized the Executive Director to sign Change Order No. 2.

A motion was made by Viegas-Walker and seconded by Nava to appoint Mr. Goodsell to be the representative and Ms. Nava-Froelich to be the alternate for the CALCOG Board, roll call:
