In March 2022, SCAG staff began the development process for Draft Connect SoCal 2020 Amendment #3 and Draft 2023 FTIP Consistency Amendment #23-03 in response to changes from the County Transportation Commissions and to proactively reduce impacts of the regional conformity lockdown. On Jan. 6, 2023, both amendments and the associated transportation conformity analysis of both amendments were released for 30-day public review and comment ending on Feb. 5, 2023, at 5 p.m. A public hearing will be held on Jan. 17, at 10 a.m., for more information, click here.
